Based on rich experience considering resin features and rheological principles, Shouzheng believes that 5 Layer Blown Film Extrusion Machine's Unique structure can effectively lower down melt temperature and applicable for processing of PE, MPE, EVA materials. It also features with high output capability, low energy consumption and great plasticization.
Digital Electrical Control System
Through digital electrical control system, it realizes centralized control for the whole machine temperature, rotating speed, pressure, nip roll, tension and line speed. Meanwhile it can display and monitor each point temperature, pressure, current, voltage, tension, speed, length, thickness variation etc. It also has automatic warning and self-diagnosis functions.
Central Feeding System
The central feeding system flexibly and quickly processes PE , and controls the complete material processing flow, from storage to transportation, then to the feeding of processing equipment. A full set of automated processes ensures there is no material waste due to improper handling.
