Introduction To The Classification Of Building Films

Building film is a kind of multi-layer polyester film, which is made by using vacuum multi-layer metal plating technology, ion technology and film physics and fine chemical technology, so that it has good performance, and adheres to the surface of glass and other materials through adhesive backing. According to its function and application scope, we can be divided into three categories: building energy-saving film, safety explosion-proof film and interior decoration film.
1. Building energy-saving film. As the name implies, it is used in residential, office buildings, commercial buildings and other building door and window glass, curtain wall glass, through sunlight control, improve the indoor environment, reduce cooling and heating energy consumption, so as to achieve energy-saving effect of glass film.
2. Explosion-proof film. It is a metal film installed in the upper part of the pressure vessel to prevent the explosion of the container, and it is a safety device. It has high strength adhesion, tension resistance, 160% high elongation, strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, and can maintain good physical properties at high temperatures. By containing various metal coatings to emit 99% ultraviolet rays, while blocking different wavelengths of thermal energy, it can block the thermal energy brought by ultraviolet and visible light, while maintaining good light transmittance.
3. Decorative film. It can beautify the building and make the overall visual experience new. And according to the different colors, it can create a poetic appearance, which gives many design masters a lot of imagination.
