Interpretation Of Geomembrance

When it comes to Geomembrane, you may be a little strange to it. As a new product, we would like to introduce the popular science with you again today.
Geomembrane is a kind of waterproof barrier material with polymer as the basic raw material.
It is mainly divided into: low density polyethylene (LLDPE) Geomembrane, high density polyethylene (HDPE) Geomembrane and EVA Geomembrane. Today we will introduce LLDPE and HDPE in detail.
LLDPE Geomembrance
LLDPE Geomembrance is a kind of geosynthetic material made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin as the main raw material. On the basis of absorbing the flexibility of other Geomembrance, it has added good ability to adapt to deformation, has the characteristics of impermeable material, but also has excellent environmental stress cracking resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, durability and low permeability coefficient. Because of its selected polymer material and the production process, it can be used in unconventional temperature environment.

HDPE Geomembrance
HDPE Geomembrance (impervious membrane) refers to the (in) high density polyethylene resin as raw material, usually using polymer extrusion molding tube film, through the equipment mold heating melting and blowing into the film processing process, in a good melt flow state through high pressure air blowing to the required thickness, aFTer cooling molding products. It has good aging resistance, corrosion resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and good thermal weldability.
At present, LLDPE Geomembrance is widely used in all kinds of projects, such as seepage prevention, isolation, enhancement, etc., but also used in the channel seepage prevention engineering, such as water conservancy, municipal, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel and other civil engineering fields.
HDPE Geomembrance is one of the most widely used Geomembrance, such as suitable for water conservancy engineering, environmental engineering, traffic engineering and all kinds of petrochemical fields.

Shouzheng Geomembrances are strong and long-lasting polyethylene sheets, made up of HDPE and LLDPE. These sheets are an essential component for proper waterproofing in different types of projects such as mining, environmental, hydraulic and civil works. These Geomembrances are designed with high-quality mechanical properties such as durability, chemical resistance and outstanding welding capabilities. Their exceptional qualities make them a popular choice for engineers and constructors alike.
Our Geomembrances, with a remarkable width of 9 meters and an array of gauges ranging from 0.75 mm up to 3 mm. You can choose between two surface finishes: smooth or textured. Our textured Geomembrances come with multiple spikes measuring > 0.9 mm, providing unparalleled stability when waterproofing steep slopes and boasting a high coefficient and angle of friction.
