To Extend The Life Of Agricultural Film, We Must Do A Good Job in Four Preventions

Agricultural film plays an increasingly important role in agriculture and has become an indispensable agricultural helper, but it is easily damaged. To extend its service life, we need to do four things.
1. Anti-seam: agricultural film is made of several narrow films joined together, if the seam is too narrow, the bonding area is small, and it will cause seam removal when pulling hard. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the bonding area during splicing, improve the bonding strength, and avoid seam removal during use.
2. Anti-aging: After the production of the greenhouse, the agricultural film should be washed, dried, rolled well, and placed in a ventilated, dry and dark place, which can delay aging and prolong the service life. During the collection period, it is necessary to strictly prevent exposure to the sun, smoke, and fire roasting.
3. Anti-rupture: the materials used to erect the greenhouse, mostly iron wire, aluminum wire, etc., these hard and pointed materials are easy to puncture the agricultural film. Therefore, the frame material must be smooth on the surface, and the rod tip and bamboo nodes must be cut and smoothed.
4. Windproof: The thin and light agricultural film is easy to be blown under the attack of winter winds, so after the film is covered, it should be pressed with a laminating line immediately. Generally, every 1-2 scaffolding pull a lamination line, the tightness of the line should be moderate, often windy areas, can be set up on the windward side of the simple wind barrier, to light wind damage.
